No, Red, you don't get to decide that the issue is "closed". Like I said, we were originally just going to ignore this but the issue kept coming up again and again as we heard from more people that were asking us "what's the deal with this guy asking me to get raws from you?"

At that point I felt like I needed to warn other scanlators to watch out for this kind of crap happening. We've had to waste so much time now figuring out if we had a data security breach and warn anyone else we knew that some guy with a grudge against us was using every dirty method at his disposal to get at our stuff. We have to assume that there's plenty of other stuff you've tried that we aren't aware of yet, which is going to waste even more of our time.

It's very relevant to the thread because it shows that your sanctimonious arguments are simply an ad hoc justification for you to swallow up every last thing you can get for free. Before anyone in this community evaluates your arguments or tries to work with you, they should know that your "principles" involve deception and harassment.

No need to thank me for quckly responding to Ziggy's PM asking me where I found the raws, when I clearly told her how (google) and where (mediafire), thus letting her (you) figure out you were using a public sharing service (when presumably you wanted it private).

For the record, here is the official the position of E-Hentai, to the extent of there even being one, seeing as the Cove itself has no official ties to the site outside of hanging on this forum.

We really appreciate the work of all the translators and editors that choose to make their works available here. And while it would be a nice added bonus, there are absolutely no requirements that RAWs and other base materials are made available as well.

Nor should anyone exert unreasonable pressure towards any group or solo translator/editor to do so. Asking is fine. Borderline harassment is not.

Furthermore, there is absolutely no officially mandated leader position associated with the Cove as far as E-Hentai is concerned, so to what extent you'll accept anyone as that position is wholly up to the individual.
