Ebony/Katalox = Going from max stats, suffix damage potential generally ranked from: Destruction > EDB > Elementalist/Heaven-sent/Demon-fiend. Focus staves generally used for levelling, I used one up to level 200 though not sure about now. Demand varies widely depending on stats. MDB most important. 140+ staves are extremely rare (non-existant).
Max base EDB suffix/non-suffix: ~81 / ~140
Max base EDB suffix/non-suffix: 6.58 (7.18 for Katalox) / 2.99
Max base Prof suffix/non-suffix: 11.63 / 6.12
INT/WIS can pretty much ignore, focus on MDB.

What do you mean by 140 base MDB?
The highest MDB I've seen yet is this (39.54 base)

Hmm... I'm still using cmal's HV HUD - Equipment Base Stat Display and it show the MDB as 137.19. Was there an update?

Says 38.72 to me.
Try reinstalling the script, I think you have the old version which uses 100 as the scaling factor.

Stats are good. Hard to say what it'll go for though.
Old max base MAcc/Evade/INT: 8.99 / 4.50 / 2.82

In the old times the max INT value for a fox gossamer is around 2.42, so surely you fox phase exceeds this value.
However, using base roll multiplier, the predicted max value for phase legging of fox should be around 3.0-3.1.
Still, it's still a pair of impressive leggings, because we haven't seen anything better yet. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Is this any good? When I got it as a drop and looked at the stats I was like "hooooly shit that's a high prof bonus", but I'm not sure if it actually IS.

I haven't seen anything in WTS that has an ADB as high as this. I don't really plan on selling it(yet), but what would you say it's worth?

Old max base for prof on legs was 6.73, now it's ~6.93.

is there any way to know the equipment's damage at higher level?
the calculator doesnt count damage bonus,instead just show the result without damage bonus.

Long story short, in your case:

ADB(x) = 288.40/(1+216/(16+2/3))*(1+x/(16+2/3))

where ADB(x) = ADB at level x.

At level 250: ADB(250) = 330.54
At level 300: ADB(300) = 392.52

I'm curious how good these Phase pants are.

I've started considering switching to a Mage setup later on to take on the post level 200 Arenas, and if these pants are decent, I may keep them.

Far from max, simply not good.
Gossamer's max for fox is around 2.4-2.5, so those phases need to beat that figure in order to be called a good one.

The leggings have somewhat high base adb.Personally,i havent seen higher base adb.
