I have no idea. I can't remember what Tsuchimikado calls Kanzaki either, but chances are good that he calls her "Nee-chan". After all, he calls Touma "Kami-yan", and that was reflected in the script. Don't think the doujin group would change the way Kanzaki is referred to while preserving Touma's nickname.

Now that I think about it, we don't. It's more a force of habit because mainstream scanlation/fansub groups tend to capitalise those.

If you're going to put that in, I suggest you change it to "it's going chu chu(kissing sounds)". I think it flows better that way.

Yoki(妖気), or Demonic Energy, is the energy of yoma(妖魔/demons). Claymores can sense nearby yoma because of the Yoki they emit.

Quick little note about the "slow" SFX. just put it down as "slow" (if that's correct) and toss in a trans note to tell the editor to put emphasis on it like slooow, or something like that for sfx's that aren't direct like "thud!".

Welcome to the forums!

Check out editing threads for fonts and such (we have a thread dedicated to fonts, for example), and ask other editors how they handle SFXes. I know many of them can do so well, so it is a skill you can learn from them, and that I'd expect in a well edited gallery (check for example the Hayate release, which has SFXes edited in). Now, if you think some of the SFXes in this dojin are on a level different from those elsewhere, let me know.

Another thing you could consider is to team up with another editor who would do the SFXes for you while you handle the main bubbles.

Yeah, I grabbed a raw from somewhere. I checked, and it's a high quality raw, and am using that. Around 30-40% through with editing it already. I am officially at the hard part (editing the thoughts), so once I get through that it'll be smooth sailing. Might even have it done by tonight, so look forward to that.

Still hate the tentacle stuff.
