rope - If you mean page 7 (as numbered in the gallery) then yeah.
pg23 - If that's page 19 of the gallery, those are "Hah x 2". Shanko probably just missed them looking through my poorly laid out script.

And I also noted in pg 18 of the gallery where it has "ikuu" and "heee", they should be the other way around, i.e. "ikuu" down the left and "heee" to the right.

About acquire vs learn. If this was a normal speech, I agree that oboeru is not acquire. However, this is in a bubble which pretends to be a message from a roleplaying game to the user. In Japan in RPG games, phrase 'waza o oboeru' is common, so for the translation we should get a phrase that's common in RPG games translated to English. I don't play RPG games for some time now, so I don't know what this phrase should be, 'learn a skill' and 'acquire a skill' both seem to be common phrases on Google.

I'm not very familiar with the usual conventions of how they paraphrase certain common game phrases into English. It was kinda always known to me as "remembers a skill". (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) But I'll make a note of it.

I had another translator express interest to me by PM, but nobody has accepted the bounty.

Per bounty etiquette, this is important so that people don't waste their efforts. If a translator works on something, has never posted here clearly nor accepted the bounty, and is ninha'd, well, it's sad, but I am unlikely to repost the bounty...

Mind if I tackle one of the editing bounties for this manga? I'm aware that SS is going to do the ones that's already been posted, so perhaps next chapter or two?
