- Fixed a bug where certain damage bonuses were counted twice for counter attacks.

- Infusion effects are now exclusive. Using an infusion will dispel any other infusion effects that are running.

I thought infusions were always exclusive.

-- Artifact and token drops as well as EXP gains are as normal.

Well crud, normal EXP rate. I suppose with the new IW levels it all comes out to the same.

- Exquisite, Magnificent and Legendary equipment now get an additional bonus to all stats, just to make them more awesome. The stat bonus makes them about 5%, 10% and 20% cooler, respectively.

Teehee.

- Quickbars are now tied to the currently selected equipment set - in other words, each equipment set has its own quickbar setting. Note that you will have to set it again.

Still not a second QB, but better than nothing.

- The number of levels in the Item World now tapers off somewhat for very high level items. At level 100, the number of rounds changes from $level to round(log($level, 1.01)-363).

Holy shit. I was about 5 attacks away from defeating a boss, I was at 95+% HP, and it OHKOs me. I have high END so my HP is actually quite good at 2173.

That's not OHKO. It two-shot you one right after another. Did you have Barrier/Shield up and Weaken/Poison on the boss?

I have never needed Barrier, Shield, Weaken or Poison to defeat a boss before. I was always able to beat a boss with Regen constantly running and the occasional Cure.

Is it just YOU or did the mana drain to maintain buffs and regen just take a leap of faith ?

Possibly the only people to find this thread, no longer care about exp.
I'm tying to get creds for crystals, with crystalfest, I don't know what I'm doing anymore.

Hm... Maybe I overestimated the number of crystals I would get in CrysFest. I'm probably having bad luck, but it feels like the drop rate is lower there.

Also, I can barely stand 30 rounds on Hard now without casting Cure over and over again. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Regen isn't doing much in the face of 1000+ damage per turn in later rounds. :/

EXP does seem lower for me. I'll wait and test again after the next dawn before officially complaining though.

Rumor has it posting bonus was wiped with the patch, so just to be safe post some more and then test again.

Bawwww. Almost any monster special now takes 1\4 - 1\2 HP. Lucky encounter with 4-7 monsters and 2-3 specials in row immediately ends arena challenge even with scrolls\infusions. Yeah baby, now its rogue-like games difficulty. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

- Crystal drops for artifacts are now affected by the Crystarium hath perk.

I only have one level of Crystarium, but how does this work exactly?

-- The highest tier of normally obtainable trophies (like the Platinum Ticket and Noodly Appendage) have a ~2-4% chance of yielding magnificent or higher.

The odds vary somewhat depending on the number of stats the equipment piece has.

Does this mean the chance is lowered with a higher number of stats or the other way around?

After a fit of testing and fooling around, some thoughts on this patch. Overall amazing patch, hard to find anything to nitpick. Surprisingly, I haven't encountered a single bug yet. I guess watching lots of ponies have improved Tenboro's coding skills. PA is garbage now although I do like the change. And lol to the people thinking of easy moding their way through with an Eth Estoc. Love the lowered EXP rates. I'm not being sarcastic either. It just means I can sit in my throne as the number one for that much longer. Also, I would donate some money for this fabulous patch if only I wasn't a broke ass college student, I do need my lunch money after all. However, I'm sure Ichy will do it in my stead. Hint hint.
