Some time ago I introduced you the main character (Ryuuna) of a Pokémon fanfiction I'm writing, she has a Dratini and for December she will have caught a Larvitar. But there's also a rival in Pokémon, and my fanfiction couldn't be less. She is altive and full of herself, but also quite softspoken and well-mannered, she is Elya and the first pokémon she caught was a Gyarados at Dragon's Den:

Depends on your tablet, check if it have pen sensitivity & check out this video (PhotoShop CS3).



For the 2nd question, go to control panel, find something related to the tablet & check for flick/pen
sensitivity pressure options.

As I stated in another thread, I found a "stabilizer" thingie in SAI that allows to draw smoother lines in exchange of a slower cursor, I found it while working on a "better" version of a main character of a story I'm working on, Oriana Jackson:

When Robbie asked for a My Little Pony steampunk version at first I tried doing a similar drawing/painting style that of the series, but as I was handling and trying new things on the GIMP I wanted to try something different which was drawing every pony separatedly and ignoring original drawing/painting style then put'em together and work on a background:
