Nice! I agree about Kon-Kit + Eyeshield (IMO most hentai artists can't draw as well as the original artist from Eyeshield so it's hard to come by good Eyeshield doujins/CGs if any). Maybe do something like one request a month. So people can send you their "proposals" ie payment + what they want by xy deadline. And you'll pick from the pool of requests which YOU want to do (whether it be because of price or content). That way the maximum number of requests you do is one per month. 15th of every month (or Feb/Apr/June/Aug/Oct/Dec)
If you don't get a reply from me after the 18th of said month, that will means I have taken someone else's offer. (this way you don't have to say "no thanks" to every other proposal and you have from the 15th-18th to decide what project you want and it gives time for the person proposing to say whether or not they still require your services)
-maybe give them 24 hours to reply?
And for yourself you can probably set a personal top 2-3 proposed projects you like so if someone found a translator during that proposal period (ie someone proposed on the 1st but got a translator on the 13th) you can give the priority to the next project you like.
