So i'm considering buying [www.humblebundle.com] this. I have read only a small part of it yet, and payed for nothing so far.

What do you guys think?

BTW it's all digital only, but i have an awesome monitor.

The main comic line is great. Micro series is a bit hit and miss. Friends Forever is quite good. Haven't seen the animated ones.

At $15 for the lot, I can't see any reason not to.

It's currently 45 albums, with a few more to unlock in the coming days. All available in PDF, EPUB and CBZ.

I downloaded the CBZ versions. I now have:

1.84 GB total
1370 pages total
most pages are 1988x3054

Flipping through the main line comics, of which i have read the first few issues, i'm reminded of how great the art is. It's just "oh, wow" page after page. Looking forward to reading it all!

I have now (re-)read all the comics of the main line.

It starts out with two epic stories in issues 1-4 and 5-8. I had read those before, but i read them again because they're pretty cool.

These are followed by some shorter stories of 2 issues each. They're pretty cute and still a nice read, but i was wondering if there would ever be an epic story again like the first.

Then came issue 17.

It starts a new story that runs until issue 20. It's a true epic that connects events from hundreds of years ago to the present. It has some dramatic moments that may be over the top, but i love it. It adds a lot of background. It made me like alicorn Twilight a bit more. It made me like Celestia a lot more. And there is Luna goodness as well.

On top of that, it has the best art so far imho. Dramatic poses, atmospheric shots, and at key moments, it has these huge decorated panels. It really adds to the epicness.
