Despite a few plot holes, some of my favourite moments came from the second season finale, and the third season has had some great episodes so far too. Sure, there've been some less than stellar points, but they were there in season 1 too.

Season 2 is the best one overall. Unless you're a Rarity fan, as Season 2/3 Rarity is a bad parody of Season 1 Rarity.

Season 3 is a bit hit and miss so far. Mostly due to the last couple of episodes, but still.
