I didn't actually test that assumption until now and one of the guidelines I put forth for the for the language Barrier project was to remove alpha channels. Speaking of the LBP. The reason I made all these recolors was to test the viability of I had planned for a while now. Even before Tenboro stated he wanted graphics for MOBs. (This is something I actually had planned for the equipment icons I made. Blue handled sword with black blade, purple cap with a green trim, etc etc.) [gimpforums.com] I found an thread on the gimp forums that explained how to make many icons from image without having to manually extract and save each icon and I wanted to test that out for myself.
