I'm at anpother IPB forum, and they don't seem to be badass enough to get that done beyond making a gif. Whcih is dumb.

Download Wallpaper randomizer and set it to change every two minutes and watch them flip their shit the next time they get on and the background starts changing while they're on the net. Also a fantastic program that's perfect for my crazy amounts of indecision. I've got about 100 images that it randomly makes my background so I never have to make that painful choice between two awesome backgrounds.

Seriously though, Windows 7 is clunky as hell, it took me two days to figure out where my programs list was to remove things because just having the good old "Add/Remove Programs" button wasn't cutting it. For all I know there's like government secrets on here that I could use to blackmail the president and I'd never know. It hardly matters anyway, like I said, freeware and it's like 50MB? maybe? It's tiny and insignificant, maybe the built in thing is more intuitive, but I've been using Wallpaper Randomizer since 2000 or XP, I'm just used to how it works.

No idea, I'm not a computer guy, I use this thing to type words, watch the youtube and download music, I've got just the base knowledge of how this damn thing turns on and from there I'm about as smart as the general populace's grandparents when it comes to computers.
