That map of Equestria is pretty awesome, especialy a particular little gloomny village in the middle of a forest which MUST be a hint to a future episode (And I like where the Crystal ponies are situated, too.) But they seemed to have forgotten about Trottingham. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
I hope they will also use those fan names like Stalliongrad, Flankfurt, Marecelona, and so on.

Man, that gif needs some serious anti-aliasing.

GIFs don't anti-alias well seeing as.. no alpha channel transparency.

But APNG is an ass to work with, though. You'll need to divide GIF into frames, apply an anti-alias on each frame and save it as separate images before compiling into APNG. Not to mention the small amount of graphic editors which supports APNG creation.
