i would do it myself but i cant afford Photoshop so i use gimp for scaling images for my psp. i dont have a firm handle on making images from scratch but i made this myself a few years ago when i got my first PSP1000.

I made a few Queen's Blade backgrounds for my PSP and they're somewhere around here, but they're sorta shitty.
