It looks like its made out of felt, so assuming you had a template, you (and/or Isis) could make your own. Its not that hard, even I can make a plush out of felt.

In high school chemistry, a traditional project was to make a felt plush of a mole and make a diorama. I made a couple of little dorf moles with miner hats and pickaxes and TNT and made a mineshaft with real dirt and stained balsa wood. It makes me sound really crafty, but it really wasn't. It looked pretty good from a few feet away, but if you looked too closely it looked like crap. True not-pony-related story.
