Applejack is only so interesting for so long in 23 minutes. Gotta throw in some Pinkie Pie make 22 minutes and 30 seconds watchable, y'know?

Pretty good episode overall, though not quite top tier. Except for the letter at the end, which was the best thing in the history of everything.
