Easy:

Molestia date rapes Twi, while Twi is dating Trixie, who is actually Luna in disguise. Trixie (Luna) thinks it's her's and Twi's filly, but the pink in that filly's mane matches the pink in Molestia's normal form. As for the filly, her name is...I haven't gotten that far in yet.
