Just wondering, but would anyone know what would be the basis of encountering the monsters created by people? I know that 200+ people like me could face power levels above and beyond my own, but what about its lower end? I know that certain monsters pop out more frequently than usual (usually high leveled ones, like that level 700+ one and satsuki), and that the lower end for me seems to be power level 70 or so, although they rarely pop out. Still, I'm really curious as to how the monster encounter type is calculated.
