Not that strange considering I said 10% instead of 25%, but yeah. "Attack Damage" is actually increased by 25% - so if you have 200% you'd get 200 * 1.25 = 250%. That's mostly a pre-emptive change since rating and the damage bonus will be combined into one base damage value.
The accuracy and crit bonuses are both multiplicative. Like I said before, all beneficial modifications to those kinds of stats are.

My Destruction Staff now seems to do more Damage then my 50%+ EDB Staff. Seems not right since the EDB Stick just adds damage to one Element. brb testing more. maybe it was just a lucky series of 300 good hits. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

QUOTE(Tenboro @ Jul 10 2011, 02:50) - Due to the rewrite, all bonuses to what is considered percentage skills that would naturally be between 0% and 100% are now added multiplicatively. Specifically, this affects accuracy, avoidance and mitigation stats.
(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) Just to clear up the my confusion, are there any percentage-based bonuses that are not multiplicative?

Well those can pass over 100% mark in the first place anyway. Edit: Tested, adm still adds. This post has been edited by cmdct: Jul 13 2011, 18:00

And what about EDB? Not sure anymore given how little my EDB gear does.

That's not that difficult to test, remove the staff and see what EDB you get (equipped with EDB gear in the first place). Do it again with the staff. If the difference is equal to the staff's EDB they add. This post has been edited by cmdct: Jul 13 2011, 18:03

Its right in the statistics but does it actually give the EDB the Statistics tells me? I think it somehow works like accuracy and only gives ~90% EDB instead of 200. Combined with the bug fix it would explain the RIDICULOUS drawback in Damage. This post has been edited by Ichy: Jul 13 2011, 18:19

How are you measuring the drawback in Damage? I only notice just a little which is normal, and I have like +130%.

Because I was tier 1 facemelting in the same speed on Heroic was it is now on normal. About the same mobs survive with about the same amount of HP left. This post has been edited by Ichy: Jul 13 2011, 18:36

Well, the crystals and materials should share a tab since they're both related to the monster lab? "Lab" or "Monsters" or such?

QUOTE(Tenboro @ Jul 13 2011, 10:39) You are beyond retarded. And also a spoilsport. The fact that Frith is a drama queen doesn't mean we can't make a random contest out of it. For funsies. And also science.
I can't keep my mouth shut any longer. Far from wanting to create a drama, the reason I deleted my witches was to remove my reason for playing the game. With them gone my interest in the Hentaiverse would have vanished and I could have comfortably stopped playing. After that it should have been a case of "I'm done, cya everyone" and I would never have shown up again. Sadly, some moron came along and undeleted them. Since monsters are a component of a person's account, this was a clear abuse of authority akin to arbitrarily reducing a level 300 player to level 50 or giving a random person 100million credits. It also created a problem for me since it restored my reason for playing the game. I therefore requested a reset to level 0 in the chat thread, as that would have been equally effective in stopping me playing. However, you just ignored me and my subsequent PM asking to delete my account. Since you had refused to allow me to either delete my witches or reset my account I posted my password on the forum, as this was the only remaining way to prevent myself playing the game. If you'd just left me witches permanently deleted, or if you'd have reset my account to level 0 there wouldn't have been any drama. You created the problem by abusing your authority and undeleting my witches, then you refused to do anything to address the issue. To add insult further insult you're now giving Eila away to any random person who cares to post. Not only is this a further abuse of authority, she's going to end up being given to somebody who wants her just for her high level. Half of them don't like her and the other half don't know who she is (plus Ichy and Tenseigamoon seem intent on keeping her in a basement). If you're going to give her away at least rename her to something else, so I can stop checking this thread to see what happens to her.

I heard Tens basement is warm and nice. And full of useful torture tools furniture (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) If you WANT them permanently deleted I think it would be the best to just nuke them. Even if I will miss the EXP (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) If she does not get deleted and I win her I would be willing to rename her if you want. I think it's settled. TheTornPrince gets all the witches. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Or, maybe Tenboro should just let Frith decide if the witches should be euthanized or adopted, and by who if it's the latter.

QUOTE(TheTornPrince @ Jul 13 2011, 19:42) blah blah abuse of authority blah Put a sock in it. I do pick up the pieces whenever someone ragequits in a way that negatively impacts the site, and as far as "authority" goes, I do whatever I think is best for the site as a whole. I'm not going to go around nabbing people's monsters, but when you deleted yours, you also relinquished any ownership to them.

Why don't we just give him everything back and collect money for a professional psychotherapist. if he insists, we can find a psychotherapist without "the" for him. I thought the main concern was anxiety about how much work Frith TTP had put into the monsters and how anyone could obtain them from a MT roll, but it seems to be closer to fanboyism applied to polygon entities text strings. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) And thus, more laughs were had. 0.6.0 truly is awesome. I'd suggest inserting random typos in their names. Or use Tenseigamoon's trademark affectionate nicks, since they're actually funny.
