A definitive answer at last. I still don't know which witch has the least rollers though. Also, when is the dice rolling gonna begin?

Item World Rounds: I don't even try leveling up the gear I use. I wouldn't mind taking about 30-40 minutes to level something up. An hour or more seems like a long time though. As I said before, leveling up gear at higher levels is essential since finding a better piece is near impossible for level 300+ players.

Well, I wan't really interested in testing that MDM and EDB actually worked as such. I just assumed that they did, and tried to figure out how each was affected by various things. They reduce shield/barrier ratings by 10%, and reduce the actual damage the monster does by 10-50% depending on number of points put into it.

I suppose that I'll put in to roll for Charlotte E. Yeager.

Also, the new changes have finally allowed me to succeed at doing the item world for the one item I care about levelling up. It might be a bit of a struggle to try to outpace because of the experience I'm gaining, but hey, at least I can actually take matters into my own hands now.

That being said, if you do allow for credits to level up items in the future, I'll still probably be among the first in line for that one.

Impressions:

-Shield and Barrier a lot more effective, particularly vs. hard hits, but smaller enemies do much more damage. I kind of like this better than long stretches of next to no damage followed by a 2375 HP instakill on me.
-Arenas...taking...too...long... At least the item drops are much more generous and I have an excuse not to play any of the early arenas.
-I love dual wielding, because it now means I never miss even with the supposed nerf to the hit chance calculations (85% base + 75% of 15% turns out to be lower than 80% base + 93% of 20%)
-The way I understand how Shadow Veil works, the new Shadow Veil takes away 20% of the "non-evade" after equipment/base evade, as opposed to the additive effect on equipment/base evasion as it was before. I assume this is a change that mostly benefits lower-level players and expressly aims to prevent higher-leveled players from jacking their evade percentages close to 100%.


-How are you going to change armor piercing effect to work when you take away Attack/Magic Rating, if you're doing that? Are you going to negate mitigation/absorption?
-Please change Niten Ichiryu to increase both 2H and DW proficiencies at some substantially reduced rate, like 35% for each. I'd really like to use it more often but the no proficiency penalty is making it kind of higher-maintenance.
