I like the changes so far. Arenas are less tedious for me since I can play at a lower difficulty and still get plenty of exp with the influx of custom mobs and additional rounds. I'm also curious about how the forge will work out.

Thanks to the monster lab changes and crystal cost changes I levelled up Nemesis 35 levels today. Hurrah for level 100, I guess, now please bring me something other than crappy wood, you ungrateful jerk.

Is anyone keeping track of how many players are applying to adopt a witch? If we must choose and are only allowed to choose one, I'd like to choose the one with the least number of players asking.

An HV update and I haven't said anything for the first 16 pages. Woo.

The crystal cost for upgrading Monster stats is no longer affected by other stats. (So upgrading one elemental stat will no longer affect the cost of the other elemental stats.)

Does this mean you'll eventually add the add/subtract attributes for monsters too? Now that they don't affect each other the cost each point is calculable.

Channeling is being a bitch; almost never procs with inferno. Flame of Loki won't even kill all mobs on Hard anymore (it used to kill them all on Heroic). Accuracy has taken a noticeable hit. So I guess aside from reduced magic damage, mobs hitting like freight trains, and grindfest costing more stamina I'm good. All in all I've got little to complain about; we'll see how things go after I've played some more. Starting Endgame unprepared for 45 rounds was a fun little surprise.

The mechanics of Channeling has changed. It is no longer triggered from Ether Theft, but will randomly trigger whenever you cast any spell.
The exact chance of the spell triggering depends on how much mana the spell costs compared to your base mana.

Does Coalesced Mana enter into the equation?
I mean, if I blast a monster affected by CM, will that affect the chances of triggering Channeling?

Do energy drinks in the battle inventory restock themselves now?

And what's the stamina drain in grindfest now, is it the same as great status?

I think I found another bug - or is training Karma Amplifier supposed to increase the cost for training Karma Shield?

It was at 980 (1 level of penny pincher), then went to 1225, still lvl4, when I trained karma amp from 36 to 37.

i like this new update

especially the arena revamp, atleast i level quicker in the early challenges, i also like the new context of "your spell miss its mark instead of certain monster is resisted"
