They are permanent, the number of times you can do a do-over however is limited but slowly recovers each day.

AFAIK up to 10 points per day, hitting the apply button just confirms the changes.

I also want this clarified. My guess is the int/wis bonuses are applied multiplicatively?

Should be 10 points a day. Try clicking the minus sign yourself. It won't let you subtract more than 10.

It's not a change, and my guess is it isn't intended, either. SP and Stamina both appear to regenerate in real time "behind the scenes" during the final round of a battle, assuming you win it.

Edit: Double checking if I'm reading this right. Are these correct?

Attack Accuracy = 80 + (100%-current%)*0.01 for each AGI/20 + (100%-current%)*0.01 for each DEX/10.

I noticed when I was plugging ability points into the tank abilities, the sidebar wasn't updating immediately to reflect the increased values and required a page refresh to show.

More factors then that

Attack Accuracy = 1-(1-base %)*(1-Equipment Bonus %)*(1-Aura Bonus %)*(1-prof bonus %)*(1-DEX/10 %)*(1-AGI/20 %)

Each piece of equipment is multiplied together, but I lumped them together for a shorter equation.

For example I have the following
Base: 80
Main-Hand: 46.09%
Off-Hand: 18.71%
Shade Legs: 1.72%
Aura: 15.00%
Dual-wield prof: 6.790% (139.3*.05/10)
Dex Bonus: 21.00% (210/10)
Agi Bonus: 10.95% (219/20)

Which would be written out as: 1-(1-80/100)*(1-46.09/100)*(1-18.71/100)*(1-1.72/100)*(1-15/100)*(1-6.79/100)*(1-21/100)*(1-10.95/100)

Which comes out to .952 which equals 95.2%. This also works for magic accuracy, just need to switch in the right variables, but everything multiplies with each other now. There is no addition between the different factors.
