It's a bonus item you get occasionally when you visit a monster of yours.

I left trio challenge at middle (stop playing, didn't flee from the battle), and returned a few hours later, and after clearing the challenge my stamina increased.
So now stamina recovers in battle, a intended change I assume?

Cure went from healing me 250 health to 500+

Shield now is useful equally trough the whole game so its good IMO.

Haste looks good too

Monster speed appears buffed. Pre-patch I used to be able to fire off a Cure1/Regen1 at round start without being hit by anything, and this was without Haste.

My level 30 character just shrugs off Hard enemies in every round in the Arena. The early rounds are now more of a challenge, but the final rounds are basically debuff and kill, minus healing every few turns. It might be from my character being a super buff tank with 40 end/agi, but he managed to overcome his slowness and can now get in a free turn when he was originally losing turns.

I am really happy for the changes/Shield and will have to try harder modes. I also got an artifact for the first time and didn't see it appear during the Arena info boxes.

regen was buffed for me 151 now vs 120 pre 6.0

i was watching my blocks for while with heavy armor it increased heavy proficiency and with light well light proficiency so i gues shields are not fully transfered to one handed proficiency

sometimes counters appear for me, aslong they're beneficial procs to myself (like regen, shield etc). they're absent at the beginning of a round, and after whacking some monsters they appear.
Bleeding counters still missing tho'

edit : another thing, the changelog mentions that monsters that have spirit power of 0 don't have a spirit bar. But why is the spirit bar missing from regular enemies aswell(sperm whales and the like), that DO have Spirit points/power, like mini-bosses.
