That's most likely due to the Strike Witches "event". (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Also, possibly to prevent confusion or trolling attempts.

Another possibility is because Tenboro knows how the human 30 Tens Club HV player brain works and that they'll get bored with their high PL monsters at some point, so they'll have to work on training another one if they care about their names.

What will happen to monsters that violate those rules but can't be renamed because they're PL 100+?

The monster lab has been a waste of time for several months now. The last three monsters I created has NEVER been used in all that time. I'd ask for a fix but whatever, someone would probably preach about how since it's free I should be grateful the minigame is even here. That is all.

To make your monster "Active" it has to be at least PL 1.

Thank you, but the problem is that even the weakest one is at PL. 6 and the other monsters that actually have kills suddenly stopped getting them a looong time ago. And I have no idea why or if there are others with the same problem.

Its a common thing.

Simple answer: Your monsters are too weak to kill anybody.

Because the last time I asked, someone said it was mathematically impossible for them to not get kills no matter how weak they are, because sooner or later they will always get to at least piggyback on another monster to get the kill.

Your monsters are probably not much in battle. A level 6 Mob will only face very low level guys which will level up fast and meet better monsters.

What are your monster PLs anyway? If its below 50, then you can forget it.
Even level 0 noobs should be able to kill those, unless they're Giants.

Okay, that's slightly more helpful but I'm not exactly convinced.
Is there a magical barrier or something? What if I can work a monster to PL.100 and it still stays at 0 kills for three months? Will someone PLEASE look into it then?

Just do it and it will start killing. Except maybe you do something silly like only adding resistance (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Also, Monster Class matters.
Giants are easy mode and everybody makes them to be an annoyance and be noticed.
Not sure which was the most useless. I think Sprites.

I also intended to rename one of my monsters not named Eila. It would have been nice if you had mentioned a detail like this when it was implemented.

I'd advise against focusing too much on a particular monster class... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Even Humanoid seems kinda risky, since they're easy mode for long-term upgrades.
