Turns out it was Julie Lemieux who voiced Ikki in the Medabot anime sequel, who also voiced Samantha leader of the Screws, in both anime series. Not sure why Samantha Reynolds didn't reprise the role, but I like her version better. Julie Lemieux actually did a great job as Samantha but lacks the same energy as Ikki.

Will Africa/Rommel arc of Youjo Senki be ever fully adapted to anime?

I failed to connect the dots. After hearing the voices of Arnold Jackson (Totally Spies - Season 5) and Chunk (The Zhuzhus / Polly and the ZhuZhu Pets), I should have figured Spike (Medabots) is voiced by Rob Tinkler.

In a world where many different humanoid species exist and prostitution is legal, there exist various brothels for each kind of species with "succu-girls" (サキュ嬢, Sakyu-jō), who have succubus blood running through them. As each species has different opinions on how each succu-girl works for them, various brothel visitors have become reviewers, rating their experiences with various succu-girls and posting them in the local tavern.
