I've been trying to pound it into some peoples' skulls (IRL) that 'manga' can refer to both anime and printed works.

Just saw that. That's so early 90s. When manga video died, nobody in the west still called anime manga.

Unrelated, I'm currently reading Hayateno Gotoku, and I wish Hayate could have gotten adopted by Izumi family. They may work very well as siblings, and it could protect Hayate from his parents if they ever tried to sell him again or get his money from one place or another, and that would grant various kind of happiness.
Though I'm only at about 25%, I don't think it will/would happen.
Maybe could be a plot element for a galge or something, since remaking this whole thing or making ovas featuring that would probably feel wrong.

Oshi no ko has one of the best starts to a manga.

Spy x family and if it will get a crossover with any franchise

Into the Deepest, Most Unknowable Dungeon is a good manga.
It mixes a fantasy setting with detailed descriptions of weapons and war strategies with ecchi scenes.

I can't believe after the Greece arc, I'm not even yet at 50% of Hayate no Gotku (manga).
Also it's horrible the compilation I'm reading was missing the volume 4 extra (something I confirmed when a much later chapter referred to it). I had seen events similar to what I expect to be in it in the anime, so it made up a bit for it, but it was still annoying.
And of course, it missed and will miss more stuff, even if I don't realize (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

DB's Muten Roshi vs Goku was loads of fun, but the way Goku loses kinda stings.

SIU (Tower of God author) has me worried about his sudden break, hope he gets better.

Paripi Koumei vol 7 was fun.

No Matter What you Say, Furi-san is Scary is pretty good. I recommend it.

Berserk ... still don't know if it'll ever be continued. If it won't, I wonder if we get some tidbits about Berserk, like where Miura intended to go with Berserk, some facts around it, anything.

At first, I thought Helck would be interesting as an anime, but after all, there are action/serious/tearjerking moments, so scrap that.
Unless it's an abridged-like version that summarize while turning into ridicule those moments, but that may be challenging to do.
