Currently reading Yu Yu Hakusho, but I'm troubled over the protagonist: every time he lose his thug haircut, he strongly look like a girl to me.
In fact, the first time he got his alternate haircut, it was when he got resurrected, and at that time I thought he got turned into a female or half-female, but eventually, seeing the lack of reactions of characters, I had to accept it's just accidental.
But it's really strong, I'm not sure how it work, but every single time, he look female, I wonder what criterias (beyond the haircut, because alone it doesn't make sense) cause that situation.

I really hope youjo senki season 2 is good and doesn't have a massive quality drop like one-punch man did

I wonder how it would feel to make a series from Eat Man, with actors changing on each episode to cut the series from background events and thus not contradict the lore even if changing some stuff.
Even gender-swapping may be possible in some episodes, though for some stories it's just impossible to adapt them, too much killing or women in skimpy outfits and stuff, but covering everything would not be the objective.

Manga need to stop with awful death ending

Most isekai manga are interesting at the beginning, but then they kind of drag a little in the middle, and are a chore to finish.

It's been a long while since there have been any good main character female anti-hero protags in a top selling anime/manga series. Also, there's a pretty significant lack of the anti-hero trope done well in general.

If it's in comparison to the scene of a chinese guy getting in the way of some tanks advance, I think Kitagawa Marin is too sensitive or has too much imagination.
Can't think myself of another situation, and I don't think I should, as this scene is far too generic if not taken out of context like that and seen as it should.

I quite like the series, considering one of the characters is from Romance of the Three Kingdoms I doubt the would do anything deliberately. I have noticed when there are anime that are trying to appeal to China or use part of the Chinese culture there are people that go out of their way to find something to hate the series.


The studio claims its a reference to the to the 47,291 trucks recalled by Hino Motors last year during production.
The emblem on the truck is also kinda similar to Hino Motors.
