In movies, certain scenes do get cut. E.g. close up butt shot in Transformers Dark of the Moon, the silhouette of the villainess' nude body in The Mummy. But this censorship was done for TV airings. Those sexy scenes were actually present in the theatrical releases.
I don't recall anime and cartoons getting the same treatment. At least not that I'm aware of. Heck, Malay voice actors still say the word "khinzir" in the dub.

wow, lucky you..... In here, even the anime and tokusatsu are getting censorshit where even a scene where cleavage or bare thighs are shown is getting cut and skipped (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

me too, brother..... me too..... there are even some people who maybe have their mother f*cked by donkey when they are pregnant. Aaah those scenes in Tenshi no 3P, meant to get kids punished when parents catch them watching, because they look and sound like porn, and it's definitely not an accident, even if with full context you are supposed to eventually see it was a misunderstanding...but try convincing the parents of that in time
