Now that you mention it, My Senpai is Annoying does bear some similarities to Uzaki Just Wants to Hang Out, but also the opposite of it. The female protagonist of both series are diminutive and harbor feelings for the male protagonist. But in the latter, Uzaki teases the guy most of the time.
