QUOTE(kingwolf @ Apr 3 2012, 11:53) Holy shit guys. A tornado was just a few miles from my house! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) Did you hear it and was it loud? Those must be scary. Are you in Texas? I just put on The Weather Channel. Wow, there are quite a few going on.

The sirens were the worst really. Like a bombing raid. There were several tornadoes. One lasted for 30 minutes! That's unusual. No deaths or serious injuries reported yet.

Well, stay safe. I'm glad you posted about the tornadoes because I have a couple of relatives in Texas. I think one is in another part of the state but I don't know about the other one or what part of the state they're in. That's a big-ass state. OMG, Hito my e-bro is a Tex-ass-ian, too! Eh, he's probably in the basement playing video games. Sushi Cat 2 if he knows what's good for him.

Or maybe hito ate too many deep fried jalapeno ranch cheese curds, choked to death and died.

If Hito ever came out of the basement, he couldn't get airborne in a tornado if he tried. Much like Sushi Cat. He'll be OK.

Either I'm slowly turning into a cat or the poverty I'm used to live in has finally taken it's toll from my dietary standards: Today, I felt compelled to have a few bits of my cat's provender together with him and I wouldn't have minded having a few more, hadn't I read the ingredient list before . Good grief, if I could afford otherwise, I wouldn't even feed that shit to sewer rats...
On topic: Don't EVER feed my sister with too many onions! THAT'S a tornado, ladies and gentlecolts....

Yay, Sushi Cat. He makes those faces all through the story in the game. You need to have Brad and Angie adopt you. QUOTE TMZ has obtained photographic evidence that food, or rather a bag containing food, touched the hands of Angelina Jolie today in Los Angeles.
It is unclear whether or not this constitutes "eating."
According to our sources, she would have to consume the food inside the bag for it to constitute "a meal."
Jolie was the passenger in a car driven by Brad Pitt as they made their way through a McDonald's drive-thru.
Calls to a rep for Angelina's right leg were not returned. Ew, I'd rather eat cat food than McDonald's. Or Neuter Scooter Panda Express.

For an unhealthily eerie reason, I didn't get at all what you were out to until I read the rest of your post and still thought you meant BreadRapecook. I still don't get what you're out to, though, other than that B.Pitt is relatively handsome.

EDIT: I do apologize for going so maudlin on everyone's asses, but I just had to get this out there in semi-confidentiality. ---------------------------------------- I just cycled through an album of my hearty, never-say-die companion having fun without me down in Daytona Beach with his new group of friends and I had to resist getting misty eyed. Which is fucked up since it's almost been a year since he's been gone.
I guess it's because it seems like... he's moved on. I'm sure I still matter to him, or whatever, at least on a basic level where he has fond memories of him and I doing stuff, but those memories don't have the same weight and he can go and do other things with other people.
And I haven't. I haven't really forgiven the people that put that last straw on his back, those people that, for lack of better words, took my best friend away from me. I've not moved on, made new friends or went out there and done things. I still have my family, I have Isis, I've got my coterie on the forum, but other than that, there's really nothing.
But beyond that, it seems there's a schism. A growing disconnect between us. We used to talk so well, we had rapport that was tangible, and now, since the guy's hours and miles away and there's not continual communication. We're growing apart, and I can feel that, and it's killing me.
My friend, the best one I've ever had, is leaving me again.
And I see it.
And I feel it.
I can almost taste the bitter flavor of loneliness.
But there's nothing I can do about it. I'm exhausted by so many things that have become simultaneously shitty...

QUOTE Jabbadohutt
I've been in a similar situtation. I used to have lively contact with my best, and for a long time, only friend even after we moved miles apart, and at some point, we simply stopped communicating... heck, I still have a few of his PS2-and-3 games that I borrow-swapped against some of my own. Makes me wonder if he, and generally people in these situations, think about their counterparts just as much as I/ you do... At the risk of taking this too seriously: He might feel the same pain as you do, but express it diffentrly. You knew him, you gotta know best, just try to turn off the pessimistic predisposition! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Another Idea: Parents have severe problems parting with their children. I guess it's in our nature to waste emotion and thought on stupid bullshit that can't be changed. On another note, this simply shows that the next friendship that you might find will last long and go deep! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

I suppose I can't really sympathize with you. I've a lot of acquaintances and people I would loosely associate as a friend in my life, but never really had a best friend. In the end though, I'm pretty much a loner. Just remember the time you guys had together and try to keep in touch. Can't really do much more than that.

Sorry to hear it. And that's all I have to say about it, I can't sympathize since I don't know that feeling. :foreveralone: QUOTE(hujan86 @ Apr 3 2012, 22:11) I'm 27 but I haven't changed a bit. It's not a bad feeling. Society creates the impression that people need others to live a perfectly happy, healthy and normal life. Fuck that. QUOTE My dad is rolling on 50 and he still watches anime.
