ADDENDUM : My room's window shutter is getting assaulted by a cat. I guess it's a she since she just won't stop going 'meow' and trying to claw it off, and both of my cats are playing in the garden.

Mating urges ? Do I smell like a cat or something ?

There used to be this little black kitten who would jump up and hang on my window screen whenever I was at my computer and my window was open. Now she's (looked like a she) all grown up and getting into fights with the other neighborhood outside cats.

They're looking for a home and they want you to adopt them. They must sense that you're a good guardian so they're choosing you, which you should see as an honor and give them a home and protect them. That's exactly what my cat did when she first came to live with me, she climbed up on the roof and ripped my screen off to get inside. She was a feisty, nearly wild preteen kitten and I would try to shoo her away but she wanted to be with me so eventually I gave in and then we bonded and became inseparable, spending two happy decades together.

I'm already taking care of two cats and three stray cats with mild asthma, cat allergy and half of my lung capacity.

The best thing I could do for her is put her in a box and write "Please take care of me" on it, like they do in Japan. Except that won't work here because most French people are selfish motherfuckers.

Also, I couldn't take care of a noisy cat. My cats are very quiet and that's why I love them so much. Still, I wanted to hug you for that post, Tens. It was full of love. :3

Pretty sure she belongs to someone. She's had a collar for months now; they probably just waited until she was big enough to not always be getting out of it.

I'm almost sure the stalking cat coming back every day has a collar as well in my case. She was eating food from the stray cat food box I usually leave in the garden earlier.

Fuckers want you to care about their pet to save on cat food expenses and then they will come and bitch at you if you decide to adopt them.

Feeding neighborhood animals is a dumb thing to do if don't want them coming back or treating you like you're their owner.

Yeah, don't leave food out, that'll attract every animal out there. A lady I know takes care of strays but she and her neighbor do the responsible thing and have them spayed or neutered so they don't have kittens and continue the cycle. They trap and then release every one of them after a visit to the Neuter Scooter.

I'm merely using it to keep track of the feline population around my house.
