Definitely too logical (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) I'd like to walk myself, but it's kind of an hour away.

When the city you live in has an urban area of about 500 square miles, walking isn't really an option unless you have of lot of time to waste.

QUOTE(FourThirteen @ Mar 29 2012, 05:41) *
I maintain that those cities are missing the point of being cities. And some of the people living in them are missing the point of not being shameless violent criminals.

This we can agree on. There are killings in my city in a regular basis but they mostly are drug-related vendettas. The more common criminal acts here are old people getting looted, random stuff such as bus stops getting torn to pieces and random beatdowns. It isn't Detroit, but criminality is rather high due to the fact that it is close to Corsica and North Africa a port town.

When I have to go out (emergency situations such as monthly shopping or much more common medical appointments), I can use public transport just fine unless shit's really crowded, regardless of my social-related disorders. Taxis are another alternative but shit's fucking overpriced.

... I just tried to get onto a site I haven't been on in years. Didn't see a "forgot my password" button, threw out a random one I've used other sites... worked perfectly (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) My day has been made within 1 hour of starting.

Websites that don't have a "forgot/reset password" button shouldn't even be allowed to exist.

Mailing the administrator for a password reset is a waste of time for both parties.

Nothing that I did, the same happened in the other hip few years ago. That last one was worse at it's peak, at one point my hip popped and I literally went blind from pain for a couple of seconds. Basically I was in the worst pain of my life and at that second it got worse.

I'm going to start calling you old man.

I've never known that to be the point of a city. I imagine it the other way around where you drive everywhere in a city but can take a leisurely stroll in a small town.

If Shadow Weaver is an old man, what are you going to call Dlaglacz ?

Also, I wouldn't mind being called an old hag after all the shit I've been through, myself. Or an old man. Whatever. :3

So I've been up all night repairing cloths for the little ones in the family, along with shortening or otherwise modifying cloths for the adults so they'd be comfortable in the summer. The only thought I've had running through my head is "Damn I've got a lot random skills." Least I'm saving money...

Sewing is a useful skill. Least, that's what I told myself when I started patching up holes in my uniforms... I can't do anything complicated like shortening or lengthening though.

I don't know what either of those are.

Board and card games, respectively. EvolutionKing probably knows how to play mahjong considering his custom title.

Last thing I thought : I've never achieved the Nine Gates (nor even the Thirteen Orphans) in over 2000 matches, myself. 15 yakuman, 2 double yakuman and a triple yakuman, though, but the last two were with non-standard rules and red tiles make it much easier to get a kazoe yakuman. And a shitload of luck was probably involved, as usual with that kind of games in spite of the strategy part.

The only actual board game I know how to play is Chess. Or, I guess table game would be more appropriate? Well, there's monopoly too, but I don't think I've ever actually finished a full game before someone loses their shit and the board goes flying.

Sore losers are amazing. :3

And yeah, I love table/board games. I used to play chess too, but I don't think I could still play it. It's been too long since I've last played.

I am old. I must be, I'm losing my hair and going grey.

God I wish I could lay down. I'm only getting a couple minutes of sleep at a time. I'm sitting in my chair leaning forward on a cane so I don't fall on my face when I do fall asleep for those couple of minutes. I may have to talk to the doctor again because the pain in my lower leg now seems unrelated to the hip. I hope it's not another blood clot.

<illogical untranslatable stuff>

Махать на всех лопатой -
Вот то, чего хочу я.
За это не заплатят,
Так что какого хуя?
Пусть скажет кто-то "плохо",
Но мне вообще-то похуй.
Поэтому сегодня
Я поеду за лопатой.

So if you have a pinched nerve on just one side, does it hurt that bad to lay on the other side?

My favourite public enemy made me want to hug him again. :3

Also :
CODE
Waving a shovel at all -
That's what I want.
For it is not paid,
So what dick?
Let him tell someone "bad"
But I actually fuck.
That is why today
I'm going to shovel.
Google Translate isn't all that bad. Ended up on lurkmore while Googling for the original, so I suppose it's a Russian meme ?

If I were you, rather than waiting for a doctor, I'd immediately dial 911. If even morphine doesn't help with the pain, stop waiting and take action.

I did end up on lurkmore, though. Try Googling it and see for yourself.

Also, my signature looks 20% cooler to me thanks to you. And I'm sure it took you more than a few seconds.
