Nothing that I did, the same happened in the other hip few years ago. That last one was worse at it's peak, at one point my hip popped and I literally went blind from pain for a couple of seconds. Basically I was in the worst pain of my life and at that second it got worse.

Depends on your definition of "city". Suburbs can be included in cities and some cities have awful urban sprawl. And in some cities, you don't want to not drive.
