I'm having one of those days where I'm not depressed, but I'm thinking about myself, pretty heavy shit that would make people think I'm depressed and I can't think of an outlet that won't result in some annoying, unnecessary sympathy.

Do what I do and write whatever comes to mind in your own thread in the GSC? I find that very helpful and I get to keep it away from the majority of everyone's eyes while keeping it open to serious conversations from a small group of intelligent individuals.
