But in winter you get to wear your cute winter boots! I like early Autumn myself. The cold makes me want to stay in my bed all day.

Didn't you have a Rarity avatar/signature for a while? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Aynways, I wish it was actually winter, in other words, I wish the climatic events that should be typical for winter actually occurred/will occur before spring. Y'know... stuff like... snow.... cold..... and.... depression.... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) This post has been edited by Benjiro: Jan 7 2012, 15:09

Well here's the problem. Not that I'm complaining for a nice warm bed, but I also like to hung out, play a Ps3 or make some drawings. Now it's so damn cold, that I feel going for bear's winter sleep :x This post has been edited by BrainSucks: Jan 7 2012, 14:58

QUOTE(radixius @ Jan 7 2012, 04:30) No, just try harder next time. It's really all I ever ask. Trying hard does the opposite of making you happy though. No matter if you succeed.

This didn't caught enough attention yesterday...
Concerning jogging/running, what do you think it's better for general fitness...
... Taking long sprints but few overall or doing lots of sprints but way shorter? ... Sprinting during downwards paths or taking them slowly? ... Sprinting during upwards paths or taking them slowly? ... Taking your time to regain full breath or force the body a bit?

QUOTE(radixius @ Jan 7 2012, 17:04) Examples or shut the fuck up. Well, nearly everything. It's like asking for examples of taking one's breath in, and letting it out. I remember being told to study to get good grades on exams. I worried about failing, so I tried hard. I didn't sleep much, not to lose time to study, I didn't play, so as to study more effectively. I passed easily all the exams, but 10 years of my life have been spent just studying. It doesn't matter that I passed. I won't get these years back. If I want to do things myself, there's no trying hard, just playing at things, and outstanding performance just happens. Like with me writing complicated algorithms to have the code flow nicely, and make the CPU perform the fastest it can just for the sake of it. When you try hard, it means you don't really want the thing, that you're beating yourself into submission over it, and that you should let go.

try to win on in the lottery. Try harder and waste all your money. OTOH, Only morons go to the lottery, and, ironically, morons are said to be happy, so, is the person happy about having wasted all for nothing or is he sad because he became a bit smarter by stopping to play? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) The lottery is the biggest waste of (item) that has ever existed. Unless we're referring to that one short story by Shirley Jackson. In which case it is the greatest idea ever.

I always chased him to see what happened to him. Numerous times he just ran into radscoprions and got slaughtered. One time he managed to survive with my help. Then I decided to kill him anyways. The second place winner, I always gave him stims or whatever he asked for so I could get karma and rep. Then I killed him and got back my stuff.

NPCs tend to die a lot when their package moves them from one place to another.
Since I'm a PC, I have a mod that tweaks karma so I don't get good karma for killing "baddies". I also have another mod that lets me extort people for sex, which nets bad karma. I have yet another mod that has a trait called Magnificent Bastard that increases your Charisma and charisma-related Skills, but makes you gain more negs and less bumps. So my character is pretty neutral.

No fist bumps? How disheartening.
ADDENDUM: Okay, one of my cousins just referred to McDonald's as "Satan's Bunghole". This amuses me greatly.
