I'm extremely capable of handling my finances. My younger brother and sister will be in huge amounts of credit card debt once they get out on their own. My dad will be disappoint. Future true story.

I've never had a credit card. True story.

I only use it to pay for things online and even then I use single-use virtual account numbers. Except for the first time I donated here, that was a direct bank transfer to my PayPal balance. Even so, my credit score is nearly perfect and I have one of those "premium" cards that have a high limit, low interest, and lots of rewards points.

I need to get a credit card to start building up credit. I buy expensive things all the time but with cash. I pay for EVERYTHING in cash. I would pay my rent in cash if I could but the landlord only takes checks. So as you can imagine I have basically no credit score, which is a bad thing (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Well, better than a bad credit score, I suppose.

Same. I have a debit/bank card. Even as a kid I thought that was a much better idea than a card that lets you spend money you don't have and end up paying way more down the road.

Of course, I have all this student loan debt now, so... not exactly going to have great credit.

Ugh, that reminds me, more tuition increases in Cali... Oh wait, I don't pay for my education. The government does. HAHAHA TAKE THAT YOU ASSHOLES IN WASHINGTON! All I had to do was sell my soul for a free degree!

I mainly use my debit card to pay for everyday expenses. I don't remember the last time I carried more than $20 in cash. Before my debit card, I paid for everything in cash. Huge stacks of cash. Like a bawwss. I've also never used a check book.

I have a debit/check card but it rarely gets used, unless I need to do online purchases. I just like the feeling of being able to buy things and not be tracked for my expenses. The only time I use a check is for rent, or to give my mom money.

People around here take it for completely granted to take up credit without even starting to think about what they're doing. It's a shame.

I'd love to, but my last and so far only attempt started with a vineyard, a deconstructed skateboard, and lots of youthful energy ..... It ended in cuts, bruises and shame.

T'was fun while it lasted, though.
I love speed, I love snow and I love downhill. Should make a good snowboarder....

Lol give it a try with a real snowboard some time, you'll have better results. It is pretty fun to whip up speed as you let gravity accelerate you into a blowing snowstorm. You'll get bruised regardless, unless you're some expert who never falls. And its a whole body workout too, so you have fun and get a workout at the same time.

The area that I post in the most has finally changed. I wondered how it could possibly still be Adult Chat considering how little I post there. Now it's this ole General Chat. Still, with 15% being the high at least I see that I have a good bit o' variety.

Christmas is this Sunday!? Already? The wreath is in the hallway still in the big storage bag but it never got put out on the door. I wonder if I'll get around to doing that? Probably not because I've been too busy reading about my personality disorder.

Which one do you suspect in yourself?

Although from what it says, I never had peer group rejection or anything like that. I've always thought people are horrible so I would rather avoid them than risk being hurt despite having a deep longing for a meaningful romantic relationship. Emotional neglect and failings at love would probably account for my preference for fantasy figures. I have a severe mistrust of people, too. Most of that is from life experience.

I wonder how much of this is actually just introversion.

Apparently, I have a Schizotypal personality disorder(With a strong paranoid component) with quite many borderline mannerisms.....
What pisses me most off that all shrinks of whom I know are incompetent niggers that wouldn't take me seriously because I'm younger than thirty, and usually just label me as some kind of retard kid that doesn't understand what's around him anyways, additionally the only thing they are capable of is prescribing meds, and I hate meds.....


I don't like the word disorder ITFP, though, it implies that everything that can't be accepted in a society is a sickness.
The mind works differently, all right, but everything is two-sided...... Most artists and geniouses had some form of mental handicap.....
Imagine saying that somebody who has an own opinion in a totalitarian government is considered retarded and should die.
Not very pleasant.....


Don't jump to conclusions too quickly, though.... You'll only make yourself feel miserable for something that might be not even there.

I actually took some long tests for this during my abnormal psych class and I also got the avoidant one, though I don't think mine is a full blown disorder, just some characteristics and tendencies.
