How would you like a life where you may get brutally awakened on a sunday morning that you thought would be so peaceful, only to get attacked by a schizophrenic, psychotic sister with a knife, who destroyed everything in the kitchen, whom you need to disarm and keep under constant surveillance (otherwise she will immediately start to cut her own arm with whatever she can find, such as a pair of scissors) until help arrives? And that's certainly not everything; this kind of things is weekly shit.

Aw, poor thing. I don't know what country you live in but there's Cup Noodles/Top Ramen (AKA the Top Famine diet), mac and cheese, spaghetti, bread for sandwiches, some fruits and veggies, etc. Go to the 99 cent store or a discount store like Big Lots for Xmas gifts.
