I'm not arguing it doesn't, but I've read this argument a lot under mtl galleries, exactly how does mtl prevent good translations.i saw two reasons in a recent gallery but they aren't very clear. one says people interested in translating only check for 'english' translated tag, that seems kind of careless for 'interested' people.another says it would be waste to commission this since it technically already has a translation.why is it a waste?. i guess my lack of understanding stems from not knowing what the gains and losses are, what do translators/commissioner gain when they do/commission translations and what do they lose or not gain if they do/commission translations for already mtl'd works.i tried to look at it from their perspective but I'm just a random dude and I'm ignorant about how stuff works so i can't emulate their thought processes and so in my scenarios i cant find a reason not to tl for an existing mtl'd work, which is why I'm asking this in the first place.
