Male chickens are called Roosters in the US, but they're called Cock in the UK. The UK uses cock to refer to a male chicken, but the US uses cock as a slang for male genital.
If I was in position of power, I'd never award a single project to Kong Kian Sin's company nor allow him to get hired as a subcontractor. He's untrustworthy and a cheapskate. His sweettalk would fool others, but not me. Not anymore.
I probably shouldn't bother upping my Risk Profile from Conservative to Moderate in case of AI-powered investment. Even under Conservative profile, the AI has always allocated 60%-70% to international equities. I've finally looked what a Moderate profile looks like on the platform. It seems the difference is the additional Real Estate ETFs and Commodity's (e.g. Gold) allocation is increased by a lot at the expense of equity-based ETFs. I've also read a user claimed "losses" had been incurred when the platform's AI rebalanced his Growth portfolio during the Covid-19-induced economic downturn, resulting in 80% allocated solely to Fixed Income and the remaining in Cash (US$). I probably should just remain under Conservative to be on the safe side.
