Previously thought the QuinPay/QuinPay e-wallet scandal was due to their directors' over-ambitions. Now I think the whole thing is a scam from the very beginning.
When the admin clerk kept pestering about the manager's whereabouts for about a week instead of asking the manager directly:

Today is the last day of his leave. - Is the manager coming in today? / Do you think he's coming in today? - Did the manager came in while I was having lunch? - The manager is in Kuching right now, is it?... Be prepared for a physical slap. Or a bash to the head.
