This week started poorly and it shows no intention of improving.

It seems like a lot of unpleasant things have happened recently.

Vegan should be like religion. Keep it to yourself and don't force anyone unwilling to convert.

And I did, today! Donated a bit over 1000$+ total to get all the perks I've always wanted. I wouldn't donate that much to any other website, but when I think of all the websites that were important to me in 2013 this is the only one of those that's still important to me in 2023, so it's well deserved! :)

Once again, huge thanks to Necromusume!!! Once I followed his advice on using Kraken to get my BCH and doing the deposits via SEPA wire transfers the donation process became super smooth! Turns out my bank is totally cool with me buying crypto, it's Mastercard that are the assholes and impose a lot of limitations on the debit cards they issue to my bank. But luckily I don't have to worry about that anymore.

I have so many things to do and it's hard to stay up late.

A good parent would never put their family in financial difficulty, threaten their eldest child with homelessness and also making the eldest child into scapegoat when things go wrong.

This month has been busy and time has passed quickly...

Two of the money market funds I invested in are generating income close to their projected percentage. I feel like the smartest in my family. This contrast my dumb mother who would never be impressed by this. She even once said "That's it? Useless! When other people make millions!? Better not do it all!" For whatever reason, she thought it's better to have zero income rather than a little bit of income. Not so surprising why most Malaysian Bumiputera (natives) lost out to Malaysian Chinese in terms of wealth accumulation.

I can finally finish the work I'm doing now.

From 50c per unit to 59c in just one month. Investing in a private retirement scheme might turn out to be good idea after all. May I retire in peace. Can't extend the same wish to my siblings though. For stupidly support getting the RM800,000 house loan yet contribute none and also dissing my dream vacation.

Kelantanese urged Malaysians not to use cashless payment. Lol. So backwards. Then again, what to expect from people who endorse a political party that banned all kinds of entertainment, has no plan on improving the economy & practices extreme Islamic views.

I've read the article that advise people to aim for RM900k at least in order to retire comfortably. I also read a recent newspaper article criticizing the government for allowing people to withdraw their retirement fund early citing economic slowdown and financial difficulties due to COVID-19 & Russian-Ukraine war. While I'm nowhere near RM1 million target, still far better off than the idiots who made fun of me for refusing to withdraw my retirement fund. Good luck with them now trying to retire with only around RM10k left in their account.

Even a simple exercise makes me feel good

Saving money for my own dream vacation and retirement isn't selfish. Driving the entire family into poverty by forcing children to obtain the unaffordable near RM1 million house loan is.

How utterly useless I am at games. After over a 100 attempts I still can't do the Cayo Perico heist solo on GTA V but my 9 year old nephew can do it with ease...

For my birthday, I wish for Will Smith to literally slap the face off my dumb mother.
