Besides an ergonomic workstation (ergo chair e.g. Steelcase Leap, height-adjustable desk, adjustable monitor arm) and no slouching, what you need is to regularly do exercises to strengthen your lower back.

I didn't pay any attention to physical therapy until I got plantar fasciitis from running. It wasn't healing at all just from rest. Research it online, some people have it for 5 years with no improvement, but physical therapists say they can fix it, come in and pay us $$$$. Fsck that, I know how to train on my own, I'm not paying for a personal trainer. So I looked up the exercises, started doing them, and it started to heal. Doing exercises to strengthen tissues that will be subjected to stress, and to stimulate them to heal, works.

Some of the exercises you find online will be way too dull and a waste of time because they are designed for nonagenerians made of wet cardboard. If you know that doesn't apply to you, you can skip those and only do the more vigorous ones.

Feeling bad about not having much fun lately

Non-native English speaker first time using EH forums. I got good scores in language lessons at school and can easily read these English posts. However I can barely express myself in English in a proper way. Sad:(

I was in a similar situation 18 years ago. If you keep communicating and reading other people's conversations online, your causual fluency will quickly improve naturally on its own, trust me.

Also, if there are any tv series' you are truly invested in, watching full episodes in English helps a lot, too.
