I don't know if I'll be a good guy trying to help out the populace or take the easy road and start raiding survivors' homes and caches. I should probably be a good guy lest a vault-dweller or courier comes and kicks my ass.
Talon Company, brah. Travel the wasteland and fucking up anything that moves for fun and profit.

Sounds enticing, but I don't know how much my sensible heart could take. I have to be fighting for a cause (other than money) if I'm gonna go around killing people. Plus, there's always those pesky heroes that are supernaturally powerful like the vault-dweller.
True. I could explode a Talon Merc with one well place sneak attack punch at level 20.
(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) See? I don't want you sneaking up on me and exploding my ass with a mere punch. That would really suck.
Related: I'm trying a new play of Fallout: New Vegas maximizing the Unarmed skill.
You should have ALL skills at 100 by around level 35, 30 if you plan ahead and run into the expansions to grab skill books... Hell you could probably do it by 20 now given the ability to MAKE skill books in Old World Blues.
Did you ever manage to pull off the 100 Crack Fist animation for your mod?
No, because the animation system is retarded. I've seen some videos around of someone with ridiculous custom attack animations, but I can't make heads or tails of how to make some and get them in. I tried making a simple one-two punch loop as a test, but the lack of tutorials and the steep learning curve for the software stymied that operation fairly quickly.

Maybe just add several arms that appear and disappear with each strike in split second animations?

I wish I could, but the Gamebryo engine's animations don't work that way. I can manually trigger an animation or sequence of animations in a script, but I can't control how fast the animations play. Otherwise, I would have just done a
CODE
while pressingAttackButton { play rightPunchAnim play leftPunchAnim }
loop. The easiest way I've figured to do it is to take the vanilla left and right punch animations, combine them, and jack up the speed. Unfortunately, its easier said than done.
I don't like getting all political-like and shit, but good God:
I kept expecting him to yell something about the blacks/Mexicans/Muslims/insert-group-of-people-you're-not-part-of-here.

Yeah, I get the whole thing about America's government being bought and sold. It's kind of old news to me. It would be nice if we could just have some people in Congress with a little moral integrity, but politicians are pretty much professional liars and panderers, so it's impossible to know who's competent or even has good intentions, so what's the point in voting? Aside from that, nobody really knows what half the proposed changes and new bills will actually do in the long run, so who can say who has the right ideas for the future?
Economists don't know jack. Politicians don't know jack. Sociologists don't know jack. The general populace definitely don't know jack; they're content to point fingers and play the blame game all day, hence our Occupy Wall Street crowd. I know they have good intentions, but they also have no solutions to the problems at hand, just a lot of outrage, which can be a powerful force, but usually an unproductive one.
There is no proper direct way to fix the system, because there is just too much misinformation, distrust, corruption and general hatred going around to find real lasting solutions. Congress is always at odds will continue to be so. I don't expect that to change, but I wish they'd at least admit they're making no progress. Men in their position have an obligation to learn as much as possible, consider all options, make an educated choice of the best option, then take that choice and be prepared to deal with the consequences.
Above all, this is not a time for indecision. Our government needs to unite behind a course of action, whatever it is. If they turn out to be right, then great. If not, they need to recognize it and try something new.
I may sound cruel for wishing this, but I don't give a motherfuck.
I want the economy to collapse. I want to see this country brought to its knees. I want the government to bring about martial law. I want to see mass anarchy with no real purpose behind their revolution. I want to see blood on the streets. I want to see this country burn, and suffer, and pay. I want to see America finally suffer a little bit of pain.
At this point I really just want to see this country burn.
I say this with all sincerity. You know why? Because the U.S. has caused such pain on other countries for over two centuries. Plain and simple.
