Melatonin. 250 micrograms per day. Get 1 milligram pills and a pill splitter and cut them into quarters. The amount that you normally produce per day is close to 250 mcg, and more isn't better. Take it several hours before the desired onset of sleep. 30 minutes before isn't good enough, try more like 1930 for a 2300 bedtime. Every day for life. It worked to fix my non-24 and delayed sleep phase syndrome.
