Stop eating processed foods and the weight will come back off. It's also much cheaper. Whole grains, whole milk, legumes, whole fruit & vegetables. Don't buy junk food, then you don't have it in the house to eat. If you have to cook before you can eat then you won't eat casually when you aren't hungry. Processed foods have too high a ratio of calories to fiber and that allows people to eat too many calories before they fill up. There should be no added sugar and no added fats, no vegetable oils.
The key to remembering dreams is to write them down as soon as you wake up. Keep a paper journal by the bed so you don't get distracted by the computer.

Can you read in your dreams? Science reveals why most people can'tI can read in dreams. It's individual variation. I don't have Wernicke's aphasia either, we have regular dialogue. Like, "You just don't want to make a game that has ancient vampires killing zombies with greatswords while snorting coke off the asses of hookers" while discussing making a game that has everything.

Try write a Dream Journal/Diary. I always remember at least 69% of my dreams every night (IMG:[

I've tried this before (the notebook by the bed for quick notes while the dream content is still fresh) years ago, when I still *did* remember dream fragments when I woke. But I'm simply too lazy; I didn't really grab the notebook and start writing. Now, it's been years since I've even remembered fragments. I know I must dream, but usually have no remembrance of anything at all. Of course, my sleep-time is usually chaotic and fragmented anyway; I don't really have a chance for deep, uninterrupted sleep to get down to the dream state.
But your posts reminded me of Dali and his key-dropped-on-plate system for tapping the subconscious image fragments.
As for eating, I eat healthily at home--i love to cook, although not very good at it ☣️🦨🤦♂️🤦♀️🤦
but at work I'm basically a12yo gamer doof- I live on RedBulls and energy bars, microwave burritos and the occasional banana.
Also, that sounds like a great game to me: vampires, zombies, great swords, gratuitous drug abuse, and hooker's asses.... What's not to love?
So, I'm feeling like you're at a bachelor party for a friend, right? At a Las Vegas/Monaco/Dubai-style elegant hotel or a hip, swinging club or someplace, yeah? But unbeknownst to you, it's on the fringe... the border between the 'normal' world and the underworld of zombies, werewolves, banshees etc. And there's a conclave of sorts- a mafia-families kind of meeting of the various factions of the underworld to discuss treaties, division of land, safe passage through opposing zones, the adjudication of factional divisions stuff etc etc. This meeting goes horribly awry and you must navigate safely back to....... Waitasec-- I think dreamed this once! 😂🤦♂️
