My uncle passed away yesterday. The fact he passed was not the sad part. He was a great man who did a lot for my home town. In the end due to his parkinson's he barely recognized family on a good day.

She's clever and funny and sharp and a really good foil for the Doctor. AND she doesn't fall in love with him, they're BFFs. Amy Pond, Eleven's first/current companion, is sorta like her except Lite.

After standing a lot in those old shoes for a couple days of wakes and the funeral, my leg is so messed up I think I'm going to need dad's old cane he used to rehab for a couple of days.

I hate funerals.
