The foreman is ranting as if my paperwork is the cause of the project's delay. Idiot. It's already been foreseen last year the project will be extended and not completed on time based on the subcontractor's monthly progress. I'm merely reporting progress to my superiors and make sure every major work gets approved by the client prior commencement. It's all on subcontractor. Not my fault. If the subcontractor truly feels they are a much superior entity, then get contracts directly from the government instead of depending on other contractors such as the company I work for. I should get a little bit of respect from them. Their income is fully dependent on my reports.
