On a more serious note, people have been trying to teach teenagers about safe sex to reduce "accidental" births in those countries (the main concern was preventing HIV infection, though). Not too efficient. Most animals are smart enough to refrain from breeding when resources are scarce. Humans are not.

Pyotr is loverly, especially in the flu episode. As far as pets in anime go, I'd probably prefer Menchi from Excel Saga, Inuo from Sketchbook, or Kuroko from Toaru Majutsu no Index.

Anyone know any more gore anime with a readable or worthwhile story plot.

Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Higurashi were all gory and had a great story line it was excellent.

I want something that's like limb cutting, people exploding, childrens ripped apart, etc.
