Since Easter that I have 0 drop.
I'm serious, none, zero, nenhum, nada...
And I have level 2 in Archaeologist

They just stop dropping, or I'm really, really our of luck (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) ...
I'm I the only one!!!

I had a weird streak of luck with artifacts for a while where I only ever got one after upgrading Archaeologist (like seriously, within about 3 hours of the skill getting upgraded, one'd drop from my hourly "do random battle and expend remaining HP/MP on a grindfest" routine)

Since hitting level 4 in Archaeologist my weird luck streak seems to have been broken though. Gotten a few in the last week without upgrading it. :V

tl;dr The whim of the RNG is absolute.

I noticed the same when I had upgraded the Archaeologist lvl in both times, I got that same struck of luck, but that just end after one or two days... And I prefer upgrade my Ability boost lvl, at least that is forever, not just for one or two days...

I have my Archaeologist at level 3 and i've been fighting a lot of rare monster than receiving artifacts and it only happen when I level up the Archaeologist.

But I have read that Quartermaster also reduce the chance of artifacts drop rate but only a slim chance, which is why I stop at Quartermaster lvl. 4

At least you had some lucky streak after upgrading, I never noticed such a thing and I have level 4 Archaeologist trained. How many levels have you gained since Easter? Personally I had a pretty awful streak of "bad luck", without finding any artifacts from level 86 up until level 104. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) And I've only found 2 artifacts since the one at 104.

Every time you create a pointless topic snowflake reduces your artifact droprate by 1%. Have fun with that.

That make sense, but my Quartermaster is only at lvl 2.

I seriously think that Tena have just disabled the check mark on my artifact's drops (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) ...

I hear 'ya, Since I've started playing I really doubt I've seen more than 20 artifacts drop. Sure there are those that were passed out as Holiday presents and other special ocassions, but I don't count them.

...not that Quartermaster-7 has done much good - 5 drops is a good night and mostly it's stuff that's not any better than what I'm already using. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Speaking as a person with Archaeologist trained at level 6, I get 1 artifact for ~500 rounds of battle.

Total Artifacts found: 8 pieces (964 rounds per artifact)

Artifacts: 3 (0.35% of drops, 0.02% drop chance)

I got those in 2 days, and I was like "Hey! 10k income per day from selling artifacts Who will care about grindfest for credits"....

I don't remember where I saw it, but if you rase the chance in quartermaster, less change you have that one monster drop an artifact, as one monster usually don't drop more that one drop, so if one monster drop one equipment it wont drop one artifact to...

Mostly playing on Normal difficulty. Don't forget Scavenger affects overall drops as well.

P.S.: Seriously, don't give up. My Scavenger level is 29/50.

just curious at what level you guys gained the first arty, for i've got 7 trophies and no arty so far. it seems the dorp rate for arty is great much lower than the spawn rate of random boss encounter, if not takes the relative training bonus into concern.

Archaeologist- 4 (703 rounds per artifact) its like i get 1 artifact in 4-5 day my overall 139r a day

I don't play much in grindfest as arena and item world, but i still play some rounds...
