I had a random urge to play Killer7 again today. Maybe I'll do that.

I'm not even on right now. I gotta wait for that game's equivalent of stamina to regenerate so I can go do some more dungeon crawling.

We should exchange infos. I think I played for five minutes and stopped, but I'd gladly pick it up again.

Just send a message to "Eisenritter". I'm usually only on for a bit during the evenings. We can go dungeon crawl together. It'll be fun, like a slumber party.
EDIT: Aaaaannnd...I'm done for the day. I got rolled in a Hard Room and now I'm out of energy.

Sorry Spore was shit, Will Wright. Maybe you should have just made a new Sim City, instead.

My patience in buying games is really paying off. I didn't miss anything by not getting Dead Space 2 or MvC3 on their release dates but was able to get them both for more than half off by just waiting a couple months. Why haven't I always been doing this?

When it was first announced, it sounded all awesome. But then when it was released, all the awesome features they promised got cut out completely or dumbed down. The Gotta-Have-It-Nows? That's the problem with people today and why they're so deep in debt. When you don't have a lot of disposable income, you learn to wait for price drops. You'll get your shiny new toy, but it'll be a little later and you'll still be able to pay your bills and not go into debt like everyone else.

I never had the debt problem before, but I was just... well, kind of addicted to games. I used to spend a whole lot of time playing games and almost needed that new toy. I always stayed within my means but still. Now, games just aren't as important as they once were, coupled with the lesser disposable income. Regardless of I ever get to that comfortable level with money again, I just don't see myself day 1 grabbing much of anything anymore.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent strangely plays very well while drinking beer. It adds a lot to the whole experience and atmosphere. The bad thing about it is, since beer stimulates urination, it's very risky to wet your pants when doing so. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Suddenly that reminds me the mindless brother I have, who got drunk last week & ruined my girl's birthday party. Next day he told me that he doesn't remember anything >_>

It always feels better to wait until you can afford a game you'd love to play. The day you get it, you feel like you got hold of the Holy Grail or something.
Patience pays off in multiple ways.
Edit : Unless you then realize the game was complete crap and you trolled yourself big time, of course.

Think of it this way: would you rather have payed full price for complete crap?

Can't really expect to get a refund in this world, so yeah. You're right, it works.
Brain needs tweaking as usual.

Just tried out the Duke Nukem Forever demo... wow, just wow. That really is bad. Frame rate issues galore, absolutely horrendous textures and piss poor hit detection. It was a game I thought about picking up when it was on the cheap but now it's a maybe rent if I ever decide to hop back on to Gamefly.

It's a little embarrassing in regards to the developers.

What the fuck? [ www.amazon.com] Call of Duty: Black Ops ProGaming GlassesI don't care what these do, of course my assumption being that they do diddledick, but a video game should never be so serious as to require an accessory such as this.
