It was such a bad idea... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

(While I was away from my gaming desktop for a few months, I managed to download 1.9 patch for Crysis 2. Now I came back and was eager to try Crysis 2 in DX11 mode. Now I have to downgrade from version 1.9 to 1.4 as the new patch caused the game to crash.

How is this fair? Enemies in Crysis 2 seem to be infinite yet so little hiding places and escape route. Where are the grenades? Or a rocket launcher? How am I suppose to combat the armored vehicles? Come on, two weapons at a time!?

I've not the hardware to play it, but I own it now. Eventually, that hardware will fall into my lap by one means or another.
I hear there are excellent mods.

If you haven't done so already, before you fight WoF you should mine an entire 3block+ tunnel all around your town/base, or isolate it with a thick layer of mud, so it can't get infected. The hallow and corruption will spread FAST.
Also, don't be fooled, hallow is worse than corruption especially underground. By all means do not fight corruption with hallow.
